Furniture Restoration with Printed Vinyl
This was a fun project! I have had this dresser since I was about 12, it's never had handles because I removed the original ones and never got around to replacing them... so for 16 years it's been handle-less. CRAZY! I've always wanted to restore it and paint funky patterns on it - however I am a perfectionist and the idea of using paint to get perfect patterns was just not going to happen. THEN... I thought - why don't I design exactly what I want and print it onto vinyl?? T

Tallwoods graphic designer wins top poster award
A presentation ceremony at NSW Parliament House earlier this week was the perfect venue to showcase the talents of young designers from across the State vying for recognition in a poster and bumper sticker competition. Included in that talented group of 11 was Tallwoods graphic designer, Shelley Kurtz, who learned she had won the poster section. The Design Competition, run by Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club (DHBC) invited artists to create bumper stickers and posters with a cycling

Everyone in Australia knows Jim Penman!
